Advantages Compared with Electric Chain Hoist
1. About the structure, the electric cable winch is more compact.
The chain of the electric chain hoist need to be placed in the chain container, while the wire rope of the winch is wound on the reel. The spare parts of the winch are independent, which is easier to maintain.
2. About the service behavior, whether the speed or the applicability, winch puller is better.
The electric rope winch can reach the top speed-19m/min. But the electric chain hoist can only work in maximum speed of 7.2m/min. Additionally, the winch can be installed on the ground or combined with other lifting device to achieve a certain distance of transportation, while the electric chain hoist can be only fixed on the beam to lift the loads vertically.
3. About the gearbox, Wellman winch adopts the planetary gear reducer to protect the motor from turning too fast. It has lower noise compared with the normal gear group.
